Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Attract new customers through various actions.
• Handle client accounts and feedback.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure clear scope of work.
• Resolve contractual and commercial problems and guide PMO progress.

In search of a Commercial Manager Belgium

As a Commercial Manager Belgium you are responsible for maintaining and developing the relationship with existing clients in Belgium, but also actively searching for new prospects and opportunities.

• You take actions (call, visit, network,..) to attract new customers.
• You actively maintain relations with our exisiting clients.
• You handle client accounts, complaints, non-conformities and feedback.
• You recognize business opportunities which will lead to further development and growth.
• You prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the scope of work is clear.
• You resolve contractual and commercial problems.
• You offer direction and instruction to the project management office and stay informed of the progress of the project.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a first relevant work experience.
• You obtained a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• You possess strong communication skills, you are an equally good talker as listener.
• You have a positive appearance, you are persistent and you have a proactive approach towards clients and colleagues.
• You both speak and write fluently English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a bonus.
• You live in Belgium.
