Part of a dynamic cross-department team, you will streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and help optimize commercial dossiers from A to Z.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate administrative processes and ensure accurate contract follow-up
• Organize transportation and oversee logistical operations related to shipments
• Manage financial follow-up: invoicing, payments, hedge monitoring, and period closings
• Maintain daily contact with international clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Support traders by ensuring smooth handling of commercial dossiers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and cross-department collaboration
