Actiris in Brussels is seeking a Collections Officer to manage a portfolio of B2B clients with outstanding payments. You will contact clients to discuss payment arrangements and monitor payments to ensure timely follow-up, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex dossiers.

You will analyze client accounts to identify payment patterns, maintain accurate records of all communications, and advise on available payment options and procedures.

Onze klant is actief in de financiële dienstverlening en gevestigd in Brussel.

• Beheer je een portefeuille van klanten (B2B) met openstaande betalingen.
• Neem je contact op met klanten om betalingsregelingen te bespreken.
• Volg je betalingen op en zorg je voor tijdige opvolging.
• Werk je samen met interne teams om oplossingen te vinden voor complexe dossiers.
• Analyseer je klantenaccounts om betalingspatronen te identificeren.
• Zorg je voor een correcte administratie van alle communicatie en acties.
• Adviseer je klanten over betalingsopties en procedures.
• Rapporteer je regelmatig over de voortgang van incassoprocessen.
