Digisourced. in Belgium is seeking a Codebeamer Solution Architect to lead the deployment of the central ALM/Requirements Management platform.

You will shape the architecture and governance, ensuring end-to-end traceability across requirements, engineering activities and verification campaigns. The role requires deep experience with ALM tools (Codebeamer, Polarion, DOORS), strong systems engineering knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Engineering Digital Transformation.
• Proven expertise with ALM and requirements management platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive Codebeamer deployment strategy.
• Design target ALM architecture and governance model.
• Establish requirements management and traceability standards.
• Configure data models, workflows, permissions and lifecycle processes.
• Define migration strategy from legacy tools.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Engineering, Quality, Validation and IT.
• Ensure alignment with Systems Engineering and Product Development processes.
• Coach project teams and key users.
• Support executive reporting and transformation governance.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
