Médiane Benelux is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive the transformation of engineering teams and strengthen the adoption of Agile ways of working across the organization.

You will work closely with management and operational teams to improve collaboration, delivery practices and overall Agile maturity, guiding both technical and management stakeholders.

Fluent French required and on-site presence at least four days per week in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Agile Coach in complex technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with operational teams and senior management.
• Experience in change adoption and improving team maturity.
• Agile certifications are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Coach engineering teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
• Define and support an Agile transformation roadmap.
• Assess team maturity and identify improvements.
• Promote Scrum, Kanban and SAFe within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions.
• Support leadership through organizational change.
• Establish sustainable governance and ways of working.
