In4Matic is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of reliable digital solutions. You will help ensure documents are generated, delivered and archived efficiently while maintaining a clear end-to-end view of processes and systems.

You will collaborate with development, IT and business teams to identify issues and improve solutions in a cloud-based environment, using .NET, Azure and REST APIs. Fluency in Dutch or French and good English are required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and support technical processes related to document generation and delivery.
• Ensure documents are correctly generated and available to customers.
• Manage and support the archiving of documents.
• Maintain an end-to-end overview of technical processes, dependencies and integrations.
• Collaborate with development, IT and business teams to identify issues and improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of technical solutions within a cloud-based environment.
