In4Matic is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join its delivery team. You will own the technical direction of a modern digital solution, balancing architecture, cloud infrastructure and delivery with hands-on leadership.

You will translate architectural principles into designs for development teams, guard codebase integrity, and drive improvements in security, performance and scalability across the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Solution Designer roles in delivery.
• Hands-on with modern web technologies and enterprise app development.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the software architecture within an active delivery environment.
• Drive remediation of architectural deviations and technical debt.
• Ensure modular, reusable code and maintainable solutions.
• Enforce security, performance and scalability standards via reviews and tooling.
• Translate high-level architectures into actionable technical designs.
• Collaborate with product, QA and external partners to shape user stories.
