FuturWork is seeking a junior GenAI botbuilder to join an enterprise GenAI platform project in Belgium. You’ll work on the framework and governance that enables bots to go live for thousands of employees, securely, while building bots yourself.

You’ll contribute to translating business requirements into solid, compliant designs and run CI/CD pipelines with test automation. You’ll also bring new ideas and continuously improve existing systems within a supportive academy-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in cloud engineering or system software.
• Curiosity for LLMs and GenAI — you learn fast and dig deep.
• SAFe environment experience is a plus.

GenAI assistants are moving from demo to production. This role puts you at the center of that shift.

You'll work on an enterprise GenAI platform, the framework and governance that lets new AI bots go live for thousands of employees, securely. And as a botbuilder, you'll build the bots yourself.
