Randstad Digital Belgium is seeking a Junior Cloud Native OPS Engineer who is eager to grow in cloud engineering and platform development for GenAI bots using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot Studio. You will help build, optimize, and maintain solid cloud environments and related frameworks.

In this hands-on role you will configure AWS services, work with Terraform, and support deployment and incident resolution while learning cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of technical system experience in cloud infrastructure and software
• Hands-on experience with major cloud services and IaC tooling
• Interest in GenAI platforms and bot building is welcome

Responsabilités

• Configure AWS services and Terraform scripts for IaC
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and support deployment
• Build GenAI bots within Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot Studio
• Triage incidents and perform root-cause analysis; on-call may be required
• Document systems and drive continuous improvement across platforms

Are you an ambitious tech professional with a passion for cloud engineering and innovative platforms? At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a enthusiastic Junior Cloud Native OPS Engineer.

In this dynamic role, you will deliver technical cloud engineering services while contributing to cutting-edge initiatives—including platform development for GenAI bots using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot Studio. You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining solid frameworks and cloud environments.

your responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure & Configuration: Configure AWS services and work with Terraform scripting (Infrastructure as Code), AWS networking/gateways, AWS Landing Zone setups, Lambda, and container services.
• Design & Deployment: Evaluate and translate business requirements into technical designs; analyze trade-offs, validate compliance, and support seamless deployment.
• Bot Building & Platform Support: Build and structurally onboard new GenAI bots within Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot Studio for broad enterprise usage.
• Problem Solving & Optimization: Use development tools to tackle technical challenges, handle capacity management, optimize performance, and keep up with technology evolution.
• Incident Resolution: Perform (complex) incident resolution and root cause analysis. Note: On-duty call support for your responsible systems may be required.
• Innovation & Documentation: Continuously present new ideas to improve existing systems/processes and maintain clear technical documentation.

your profile

• Experience: Up to 2 years of technical system expertise with proven experience in system software and cloud infrastructure.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Lambda, containers, and networking.
• Exposure to or strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot Studio (GenAI / bot building).
• Core Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative, flexible, adaptive, and result-driven team player.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software development principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent technical writing skills and the initiative to drive continuous improvement.
