CloudSisters is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team in Destelbergen. You will architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, and drive automation across AWS and Azure to deliver reliable managed services for our clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure AKS and/or Amazon EKS, as well as IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible. A hybrid work arrangement is expected, with in-office presence about two days weekly, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent DevOps experience.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure AKS and/or Amazon EKS; IaC with Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willing to work hybrid, in-office ~2 days/week; fluent in Dutch & English.

• Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Promoting teamwork by integrating DevOps methodologies across all departments.
• Upholding security and compliance standards.
• Staying informed on the latest Cloud and DevOps developments and integrating them into our platform and client solutions.

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you’ll take on a dual role: actively contributing to the development of a platform for automated managed services, while continuing to support and deliver those services to our clients.

Who Are You?

Let's see:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent DevOps experience.
• You have previous experience with Cloud DevOps.
• Proficiency in CI/CD principles, with practical experience in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines and/or AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy/CodePipeline.
• Python scripting and automation are your trusty sidekicks.
• You have knowledge of Cloud services and containerization with Azure AKS and/or Amazon EKS
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You’re willing to work in a hybrid setup and be present at the office an average of two days per week.
• You’re proficient in both Dutch and English.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace the chaos.
