brabers is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect for a 12-month contract in Brussels. You will design secure, scalable Azure cloud and hybrid solutions and collaborate with application, DevOps, security and architecture teams.

You will lead IaC development with Terraform, implement automation via Azure DevOps, and ensure governance, security and resilience across multi-region environments. Onsite presence required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an Azure / Cloud Architect.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and governance.
• Experience designing highly available and resilient cloud environments.
• Experience with disaster recovery, RTO/RPO and multi-region solutions.
• Previous banking/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Azure Cloud Architect – 12-Month Contract

Location: Brussels – 8 days per month onsite

Contract: 12-month initial contract + ext

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join a major organisation in Brussels on a long-term cloud transformation programme.

You will work closely with application, DevOps, security and architecture teams to design and improve secure, scalable and resilient Azure cloud solutions. The role combines cloud architecture, automation, governance and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable and highly available Azure cloud and hybrid solutions
• Support application and DevOps teams with cloud architecture and implementation
• Define cloud architecture standards, reusable patterns and best practices
• Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform and Azure DevOps
