Solventum, a healthcare tech company, is seeking a Clinical Software Sales Rep in Health Information Systems. The role involves leading commercialization for our Autocoding solution in Belgian hospitals, crafting market strategies, and engaging customers with tailored demonstrations.

You will collaborate with global teams, support clients through implementation, and manage post-sale relationships. Hybrid work from Diegem with travel up to 60% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant job-related experience.
• Experience in the medical field, particularly with healthcare IT solutions.
• Proven track record in sales and customer support.
• Excellent language skills in French, Dutch, and English.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute commercialization efforts for the Autocoding solution in Belgian hospitals, including market strategy, customer engagement, and commercial follow-up.
• Implement strategies to effectively market and sell the software.
• Determine customer needs and provide tailored demonstrations of the software.
• Support customers through the implementation process and provide ongoing support.
