Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (Associate Site Manager) to join our Global Clinical Operations team in Beerse, Belgium. The role is an entry-level site management position with 0-2 years of experience and serves as the primary contact between the Sponsor and the Investigational Site.

The Associate, Site Manager supports site activation, monitoring, recruitment planning, data integrity, and adherence to GCP/SOPs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 1 year of clinical trial monitoring experience preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary local contact for assigned sites for specific trials.
• Perform site initiation, monitoring (including remote monitoring), and site close-out activities according to SOPs and regulations.
• Partner with LTM, CTA and TDL to ensure site management and study progress.
