Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist for the Beerse site to lead investigations in device assembly and packaging. You will work with QA, Engineering, MSAT and Operations to protect product quality and patient safety, delivering timely corrective actions.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous documentation to ensure cGMP compliance and ongoing supply

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or life sciences.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or medical devices.
• Proficient in GMP concepts and quality systems.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end investigations into deviations, incidents and complaints in device assembly and packaging.
• Analyze batch records, equipment data, vision/inspection outputs, alarms and yield trends.
• Define and drive CAPAs with QA, Engineering and Maintenance to restore reliability.
• Prepare cgMP‑compliant investigation reports and support risk assessment & CAPA governance.
• Turn findings into durable improvements: standard work, training, procedures and controls.
• Coach operators on investigation quality and documentations; participate in reviews/audits.
