Job summary

MindCapture BV is seeking a Clinical Consultant Infusion to support hospitals in safe infusion system use, deliver training, and liaise with clinical staff. The role blends clinical expertise with advisory and commercial duties, mostly field-based with travel to hospitals across Flanders.

You will guide nursing teams, organize demonstrations, and assist with product demonstrations and tenders, while building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Nursing or an equivalent clinical background.
• Infusion experience: Experience with infusion therapy, infusion pumps or other technical medical equipment.
• Clinical environment: Experience within intensive care, operating theatres or neonatology is a plus.
• Medical technology: Strong interest in innovative medical equipment and willingness to develop further expertise.
• Communication: Confidence in guiding, training and advising healthcare professionals.
• Customer focus: Ability to work independently while maintaining strong external relationships.
• Commercial mindset: Commercial awareness or motivation to develop commercial capabilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals across Flanders.

Responsibilities

• Guide nurses and healthcare professionals in the safe and correct use of infusion systems.
• Organise and deliver demonstrations, practical sessions and clinical training within hospitals.
• Act as a point of contact for questions regarding equipment use and clinical applications.
• Support hospital teams during the introduction and implementation of new infusion technologies.
• Build strong relationships with nursing teams and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist commercial colleagues with product demonstrations, tenders and customer discussions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for hospitals and existing customers.
• Visit existing customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify additional customer needs and contribute to further relationship development.
• Work closely with internal commercial and product colleagues to support customers effectively.
