Oper is building AI-powered mortgage origination solutions in a hybrid, Belgium-based role. You will join the AI Squad and work on prototypes, client workshops, and live-pressure tests in regulated environments, delivering features end-to-end.

The role blends AI engineering, product management, and solutions architecture, requiring a hands-on builder who can code and collaborate. The position is client-facing, with a strong emphasis on scalable AI use cases, working closely with the AI Squad,

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of software development experience with hands-on AI/LLM work.
• Strong Python and modern AI tooling (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, orchestration, evaluation).
• Ability to structure projects functionally and own end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilités

• Scope and build working AI prototypes (LLMs, RAG, agentic automation, integrations).
• Engage directly with clients: run workshops, gather requirements, demo, refine solutions.
• Define and manage AI use cases to scale beyond a single client.
• Work with your team to turn prototypes into production features.
• Own delivery timelines and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
