Dataroots, part of the Talan Group, is hiring to design, build and deploy AI solutions that deliver tangible business value across industries. You’ll work on modern GenAI, agentic AI use cases, and production-ready systems with strong MLOps practices, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes translating business problems into technical scopes, with focus on product thinking, cloud-native deployment, and client-facing delivery—often combining remote work with on-site

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience developing AI-driven applications or systems.
• Proficiency in Python & SQL.
• Solid understanding of core ML techniques and how to apply them in production.
• Familiarity with modern generative AI and agentic approaches including retrieval-based systems and LLM orchestration patterns.
• Experience deploying AI systems into production with model lifecycle management and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Front-end experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
