AYES - Management & Technology Consulting in Belgium seeks a motivated Civil Structural Engineer. You will lead the design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with Belgian standards.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with proficiency in SCIA Engineer. We offer remote-friendly work arrangements and a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.

What will your role be?

• Participate and/or take the lead and ownership in the design of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Maintain a client-focused approach and communicate constructively with clients and external partners regarding the technical design.
• Perform calculations and develop designs in accordance with current Belgian and European standards, legislation, and industry codes of practice.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least one initial relevant work experience in Civil Structural Engineering.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (specialization Construction) or have equivalent relevant experience.
• You are proficient in SCIA Engineer.
• You have excellent communication skills and are client-oriented.
• You work efficiently and in an organized manner.
• You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
