Job summary

Siemens is seeking a driven professional in Belgium to drive the circular economy transformation across Water & Waste, Waste-to-Energy, and Recycling sectors. You will position Siemens as a strategic partner, leading value-based engagements and building pipelines across automation, software, services, and digital solutions.

The role requires a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, plus strong consultative selling skills and fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Sales and business development mindset with strong consultative selling skills.
• Experience in Water, Waste, Recycling and Circular Economy or any Process industry is an asset
• Passion for sustainability, resource efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop Siemens business in Water & Waste, Waste-to-Energy, Recycling of Metals and others, Sludge Valorisation and Circular Economy sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer challenges and positioning Siemens as a strategic partner.
• Lead value-based selling engagements focused on productivity, sustainability, energy efficiency, decarbonization, and operational excellence.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline across automation, software, services, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Account Managers and technical experts in a OneTech approach.
