BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Chapter Lead of Automation Engineers to steer a skilled development team and act as both people manager and technical expert within the Customer Servicing & Efficiency tribe.

You’ll report to the IT Tribe Lead, drive agile practices, talent development, onboarding, and knowledge sharing across communities of practice, while collaborating with squads, product owners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people management experience and a technical background.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow and automation technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of robotics and fraud prevention is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the automation engineers chapter within the tribe.
• Collaborate with squads, PO, agile coaches and stakeholders to improve ways of working.
• Drive onboarding, knowledge sharing and talent development across communities of practice.
• Provide guidance and ensure agile maturity across the chapter and tribe.
