Responsabilités

• Create functional and solution designs aligned with Certinia and Salesforce best practices.
• Define the data model, automation approach, security strategy, and UX across PSA/ERP and Salesforce.
• Make clear trade-offs between configuration and development and coordinate with developers/architects when needed.
• Configure Certinia PSA: projects, resource plans, staffing, timesheets, expenses, milestones.
• Configure Certinia ERP Cloud: billing schedules, revenue recognition, accounting periods, multi-currency/multi-entity setups.
• Build supporting Salesforce automation: Flow, custom objects & fields, validation rules, approval processes.
• Configure permission sets, roles, sharing rules, Lightning pages, reports and dashboards.
• Define test scenarios, execute functional testing, and validate end-to-end processes across project, billing and revenue flows.
• Support UAT sessions and ensure the final solution matches user expectations.
• Create training content, deliver training sessions, and support adoption among delivery and finance teams.
• Ensure documentation supports maintainability and autonomy for client teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and PMs; mentor junior consultants; contribute to reusable assets and best practices.

Are you a #curious, #structured, and #committed consultant who wants to bring order, visibility and control to how professional services organisations run their projects, resources and finances - on the Salesforce platform?

We're looking for a Senior Certinia Functional Consultant to design and configure Certinia solutions (PSA) that connect project delivery, resourcing, billing and revenue directly to the Salesforce data our clients already rely on.

If you love running workshops with finance and delivery teams AND you also love being hands-on in Certinia and Salesforce - configuring billing rules, resource plans, revenue schedules and approval flows - this role is for you.

As a Senior Certinia Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and building impactful Certinia projects, coaching junior colleagues, and shaping PSA/ERP best practices within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.

• You've never worked with Salesforce or Certinia (PSA / ERP Cloud / FinancialForce).
• You don't enjoy workshops, problem-solving, or challenging business processes.
• You prefer staying only at "requirements level" and not getting involved in solution build & configuration.
• You're not comfortable translating project, resourcing or finance needs into Certinia/Salesforce features (data model, automation, security…).
• You prefer waiting for instructions over taking initiative.
• You don't believe in the power of teamwork and continuous learning.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Strong experience (2+ years) in Salesforce project delivery, including hands-on experience with Certinia (PSA and/or ERP Cloud / FinancialForce).
• Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering workshops with delivery, resourcing and finance stakeholders, and translate insights into Certinia solution designs and scalable configurations.
• Solid understanding of Certinia PSA: project setup, resource management and staffing, timesheets and expenses, milestones, project financials.
• Solid understanding of Certinia ERP Cloud: billing automation, revenue recognition, accounting, multi-currency and multi-entity setups.
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce platform capabilities that Certinia is built on: objects, relationships, record types, flows, validation rules, permissions, sharing, reports & dashboards.
• Confident in building declarative solutions: automation (Flow), UI (Lightning pages), data model, security model, approval processes, reports.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and architects, understanding when to use configuration vs. custom development (knowing limits + best practices).
• Skilled in documentation, training, and change management to support long-term adoption, especially with finance and PMO teams.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Certinia certifications (e.g. Certinia Certified PSA Consultant, Certinia Certified ERP Cloud/Financial Consultant) and/or Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant…) are strong assets.
• Fluent in French and English - Dutch or Portuguese is a plus.
• Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or another project-based business is a strong asset.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Certinia Functional Consultant, your mission will include:

1) Business Analysis & Advisory

• Lead client workshops with delivery, resourcing and finance teams; map processes end-to-end (project setup, staffing, time & expense, billing, revenue).
• Translate needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose scalable, future-proof Certinia/Salesforce solutions.

2) Solution Design (Techno-Functional)

• Create functional and solution designs aligned with Certinia and Salesforce best practices.
• Define the data model, automation approach, security strategy, and UX recommendations across PSA/ERP and Salesforce.
• Make clear trade-offs between configuration and development and coordinate with developers/architects when needed.

3) Declarative Build & Configuration (Hands-On)

• Configure Certinia PSA: projects, resource plans, staffing, timesheets, expenses, milestones.
• Configure Certinia ERP Cloud: billing schedules, revenue recognition, accounting periods, multi-currency/multi-entity setups.
• Build supporting Salesforce automation: Flow, custom objects & fields, validation rules, approval processes.
• Configure permission sets, roles, sharing rules, Lightning pages, reports and dashboards.

4) Testing & Quality

• Define test scenarios, execute functional testing, and validate end-to-end processes across project, billing and revenue flows.
• Support UAT sessions and ensure the final solution matches user expectations.

5) Training & Change Enablement

• Create training content, deliver training sessions, and support adoption among delivery and finance teams.
• Ensure documentation supports maintainability and autonomy for client teams.

6) Team Collaboration & Coaching

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and PMs, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on Certinia and Salesforce analysis and build best practices.
• Contribute to delivery methodology, reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and best practices around Certinia implementations.
• Share learnings and innovations internally.
