START PEOPLE in Belgium is seeking dedicated process operators to join our biotechnology Operations team. You will undergo extensive training in aseptic and GMP operations and contribute to daily production in controlled environments, including cell culture and handling therapeutic products.

After training, you will join a driven team executing production steps, maintaining equipment, and ensuring deliveries of high-quality therapies, while upholding strict procedures and cleanroom standards.

Responsabilités

• Daily aseptic and manual production processes
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) and spiking
• Media refreshing
• Cell culture
• Freezing therapeutic products
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high‑quality therapies on time
