Job summary

Quality Assistance Ltd. is seeking several scientists to contribute to analytical data supporting the development of innovative therapies. You will join a Bioassays team, performing routine assays through to method development, optimization and validation for diverse client projects.

Reporting to the Technical Leader Bioassays, you will work with 5–6 scientists to ensure quality, reliability and regulatory compliance of medicines in development.

Qualifications

• A scientific degree at Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD level.
• Strong knowledge of cell culture techniques.
• Experience with cell-based assays.
• Practical and theoretical expertise in analytical techniques such as ELISA, Biacore, SDS-PAGE.

Responsibilities

• Perform the complete cell amplification process to support laboratory activities.
• Execute analyses in accordance with established methods and procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation, optimisation and validation of analytical methods.
• Prepare reagents, solutions and culture media for laboratory operations.
• Analyse, process and interpret scientific data.
• Produce scientific and technical documentation, including reports, protocols and procedures.
