Job summary

AMI Paris is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for its Bruxelles boutique from December to January end of January 2027. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will sell, nurture loyalty, and support stock, stock control, and VM during a short-term season.

The role requires two years in high-end ready-to-wear sales, a cheerful, team-oriented mindset, and fluency in French and English. Other languages are a plus and the contract spans December to January 2027.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear sales.
• Fluency in French and English essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Cheerful, dynamic, involved, and with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers according to AMI values and build loyalty.
• Assist customers during fittings and alterations when needed.
• Manage stock, receptions, and transfers; rotate inventories.
• Participate in Visual Merchandising and keep the store well presented.

Job description

AMI is looking for new ambassadors for its boutique in Bruxelles from December until the end of January. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will sale and build customer loyalty.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

• Welcomes customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
• Understands customer needs and proposes a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross selling.
• Assists customers during fittings and accommodating any alterations when needed.
• Embraces a customer loyalty culture, builds strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Introduces new customers to the brand.

STOCK

• Follows-up and manages stock (reception of goods, integration of receptions in the systems, facilitates rotating inventories, requests for restocking, requests for transfers, etc.)

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

• Ensures that the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, etc.
• Actively participates in the Visual Merchandising of the store, follows VM guidelines and proposes options during rotations.

You have two years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear sales and are familiar with sales techniques. You are cheerful, dynamic, involved, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy working as part of a team and are results-oriented. You have a strong sense of customer service and enjoy meeting customer needs. You have a strong sense of fashion and a good understanding of the industry and its trends. Fluency in French and English is essential, and another language is a real asset.

Starting date: 1st of December 2026. End of contract : 31st of January 2027.
