Bompard à Anvers recherche un/une conseiller(-ère) vendeur(se) à temps partiel (15 heures/semaine) pour un contrat à durée déterminée de mi-novembre à mi-janvier 2027. Vous accueillerez les clients, présenterez l'histoire des pièces emblématiques et développerez une connaissance approfondie des produits.

Vous contribuerez à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, gérerez les caisses, participerez au merchandising et aiderez à organiser les événements saisonniers et le 40e anniversaire de la maison.

Qualifications

• Dynamique, curieux, avec un œil pour la mode et les beaux tissus.
• Proactif et esprit d'équipe.
• Bonne présentation, orienté service et excellentes compétences relationnelles.

Responsabilités

• Accueillir chaque client avec authenticité et élégance.
• Raconter l'histoire des pièces emblématiques par des échanges inspirants.
• Maîtriser les produits et offrir une expérience client unique.
• Soutenir clients locaux et internationaux et fidéliser.
• Participer à des événements et aux temps forts de Noël et des 40 ans.
• Contribuer aux objectifs de vente de l'équipe.
• Gérer les caisses et proposer les services exclusifs.
• Participer au merchandising et à l'affichage en boutique.
• Maintenir un espace de vente propre et harmonieux.

To support our winter season, we are looking for a part-time sales advisor (15 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract from mid-November to mid-January 2027 for our Antwerp boutique.

Main responsibilities:

Bringing The Bompard Experience To Life

• Welcoming each customer with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail
• Tell the story of our iconic pieces through inspiring conversation
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to create a unique customer experience
• Support local and international customers and help build customer loyalty
• Help organise events and highlights dedicated to the festive season and Bompard's 40th anniversary.

Be a key player in performance

• Help the team achieve its sales targets.
• Master cash handling and offer our exclusive services (careful preparation of gift wrapping, washing pouches, Fleur de Lys shampoos, etc.).

Guarantee the Bompard image

• Participate in the implementation of merchandising plans (shop, window displays and Christmas decorations)
• Maintain a clean and harmonious sales area

Qualifications

• Dynamic, curious, with a keen eye for fashion and beautiful fabrics.
• Proactive and a team player, you enjoy working within a team.
• Well-presented, service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
