Hainan Airlines seeks an experienced Cargo Manager to lead cargo sales and operations across Belgium and selected European stations. The role is based in the Brussels area with regular presence at BRU and travel to BER, PRG, OSL and other stations as required.

You will oversee cargo operations, develop robust sales strategies to hit revenue targets, and supervise daily performance while coordinating with ground handlers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure high service standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in air cargo sales and/or operations.
• Strong understanding of EU aviation cargo market dynamics and regulatory framework.
• Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations remotely.
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Hainan Airlines is seeking an experienced and motivated Cargo Manager to lead our cargo sales and operations in the Belgium and across selected European stations. The position will be based in the Brussels area, with regular presence at BRU, and responsibility for BER, PRG, OSL etc. and remote supervision of other European cargo operations.

Profiel
