Responsibilities
- As a Career Advisor, you help find the perfect match between our clients’ needs and your candidates’ expectations.
- You search for suitable candidates in our database, on external job sites, at job fairs, and through networking, using sites like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- You conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess a candidate’s fit for a client’s job opening.
- Through in-depth, high-quality interviews, you identify the best match between candidate expectations and client requirements.
- You support candidates throughout their professional journey, providing guidance at every step.
- You stay in daily contact with clients, understand their recruitment needs, and build long‑term relationships.
- You handle administrative tasks such as posting job openings, collecting documents for contract signing, and writing interview reports, demonstrating attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Passion for recruitment and a drive to find the best talent for our clients.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
- Fluency in Dutch and French and/or English is required.

- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but potential and determination are highly valued.
