Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in financial/commercial setting.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
• Interest in financial products (loans, insurance, investments).
• Customer-focused with strong communication and commercial mindset.
• Analyses customer needs and translates them into solutions.
• Meticulous, results-oriented, with responsibility for tasks.
• Affinity for digital tools and new technologies.
• Fluent Dutch and good French; English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide tailored advice to individual customers for banking, insurance and investments.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Support customers with banking, insurance, credit and investment needs.
• Identify business opportunities and present suitable solutions.
• Contribute to achieving business objectives and follow up on leads.
• Assist customers with digital banking using apps and online platforms.
• Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems and ensure compliance with laws (KYC, AML, GDPR).
• Collaborate with colleagues and refer customers to specialists when needed.
