ING Belgium offers a 3-6 month Internship Program across Corporate Finance/M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Sales and Corporate Investments. You will gain hands-on experience by working on live deals, preparing pitches, and supporting transaction processes under senior guidance in a dynamic, international banking environment.

Qualifications

• Availability of 3 to 6 months.
• You must be a student enrolled in a university.
• Preferably in your final year with an excellent academic record.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills required.
• Excellent English; Dutch mandatory for Corporate Finance/M&A track.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and participating in pitches to potential clients.
• Draft information memoranda, carry out industry and financial analysis.
• Support due diligence, data room preparation, and coordinating with external advisors.
• Prepare documentation for and coordinate Equity Capital Markets transactions.
