Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Mantu Group SA is seeking an analytical scientist to advance qPCR and ELISA methods for host cell impurity analysis within a global biologics network. You will manage method transfers from R&D to MSAT, support QC handovers, and design robust experiments to ensure regulatory-compliant method performance.
You will independently develop and validate analytical methods for multiple production processes, produce protocols and reports, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
Join Amaris and contribute to analytical excellence within biopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will develop, improve, validate, and transfer analytical methods supporting mammalian cell culture-based processes across a global biologics network. The role covers a diverse portfolio of innovative therapies, including monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), synthorins, and nanobodies, with a focus on analytical quality, method performance, and manufacturing readiness.
Act as an expert in analytical qPCR and ELISA, particularly for host cell impurity analysis.
Manage the handover of analytical methods from Research and Development (R&D) to Manufacturing Science, Analytics and Technology (MSAT), ensuring comprehensive documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for successful implementation.
Guide and support the transfer of validated qPCR and ELISA methods from MSAT to Quality Control (QC), including troubleshooting and the preparation of method transfer protocols and reports.
Design, develop, improve, and validate analytical methods for existing and new production processes.
Independently design experiments and develop comprehensive analytical studies.
Prepare high-quality scientific and technical study protocols and reports.
Maintain and communicate critical technical documentation and knowledge.
Perform data trending and monitor analytical method performance to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
Conduct root cause investigations into analytical deviations.
Present scientific results and findings during team meetings.

Strong hands-on expertise in qPCR and ELISA, particularly for host cell impurity analysis.
Proven experience in analytical method development, qualification, and validation.
Knowledge of protein characterization techniques, including SDS-PAGE and Western, Southern, or Northern blotting, is an asset.
Experience designing and executing Design of Experiments (DoE) studies for analytical assay qualification and validation, including statistical analysis and interpretation of complex datasets.
Excellent knowledge of cGMP and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective action plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently plan activities, manage multiple projects, critically interpret data, and draw scientifically sound conclusions.
Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to prepare scientific protocols and reports.
Willingness to combine laboratory work with desk-based analysis.
