In The Pocket is seeking a software engineer in Belgium to contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of client projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team and own code that powers high-quality digital products for European clients.

You’ll work with C# and .NET 6+ in a Dockerized environment, interacting with cloud platforms and modern development practices. AI tools will be used to enhance coding efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Computer Science/Informatics or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 6+ with 3+ years experience.
• Docker experience and cloud platform familiarity (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows.
• Exposure to Redis, MongoDB or InfluxDB databases.
• Experience with messaging systems (Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Terraform, Go or Elastic Search is a plus.
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, CI/CD, and clean code.
