The department consists of 10 development teams, with Team Black comprising 10 professionals, including a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developers, and an Operations Engineer.
The team is currently focused on enhancing and expanding the Azure Cloud platform to enable and support other development teams across the organization.
We are seeking an experienced Backend .NET Developer to join Team Black.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core .NET framework components. You will collaborate closely with developers, testers, the Product Owner, and the Scrum Master to deliver functionality through iterative and incremental development. Design, develop, and maintain reusable backend framework components using C# and .NET Core.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable technical solutions for use across multiple development teams.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, including second-line support incidents.
Drive continuous improvement of development practices, software quality, and technical standards.
Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing to ensure stable development, testing, and production environments.
Collaborate within an Agile SAFe framework alongside developers, testers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
