Optimile, a leading software company in the EV charging space, seeks a Product Owner to own one product area, from discovery to shipping alongside the squad.

You will transform customer problems into smart software, prioritizing work based on value and collaborating with engineers, QA, design and Tech Lead to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in SaaS or Software.
• Strong technical affinity with APIs, integrations and data structures.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with a squad and writing specs.
• Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a bonus.
• Experience in e-mobility is a bonus.

Optimile is a leading software company specializing in digital solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry. Our innovative platforms empower Charging Point Operators (CPOs) and Mobility Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver seamless and efficient EV charging experiences.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner to take full ownership of their product area. From understanding the problem space to shipping high-quality solutions together with the squad.

Your role

As Product Owner, you'll own one of the products powering thousands of EV charging sessions every day across Europe. Together with your squad, you'll transform customer problems into smart software solutions and directly shape the future of sustainable mobility.

What you’ll do

• Own your product roadmap from discovery to go-live.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, QA, designer and Tech Lead to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with support and account management to understand customer feedback and market needs.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer insights.
• Stay up to date with trends and innovations in the EV charging industry.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or Software environment.
• Strong technical affinity (API’s, integrations and data structures don’t scare you).
• Comfortable doing analysis as part of the squad. Writing specs, modeling flows and clarifying requirements together with squad members rather than handing off to a separate analyst.
• Experience working in Agile/ Scrum teams.
• Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch, proficiency in French is a bonus.
• Experience within e-mobility is a bonus.
