Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences to drive optimization and digitization of production and quality processes for leading global clients.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, design solutions with BPMN, and mentor on digital transformation, with opportunities across Europe.

We offer mobility options across hubs in Antwerp, Brussels, Amsterdam or Maastricht, and flexible work arrangements with remote work possibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in BPMN; experience with Adonis or Aris.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black belt is a plus).
• Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred.
• Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead complex projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools.
• Draw up product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with significant budgets (3 to 50 million euros).
• Advising clients on digital transformation and best practices.
• Providing training and coaching teams to successfully implement new processes.

Your role

As a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences, you'll play a key role in developing solutions that perfectly align with our clients' strategic goals. From process analysis to implementation, you'll be in the lead. You'll work with multidisciplinary and international teams on projects that have a social impact, building bridges between business and IT. You'll do this by listening carefully and sensing when to take the lead and when to step back.

What you bring to the table

• BSc or MSc work and thinking level.
• At least 3-7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and experience with tools such as Adonis or Aris.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus).
• Experience in Life Sciences and systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS is preferred.
• Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English.
