BioIVT in Belgium seeks a customer-focused sales professional to grow our ADME portfolio. The role blends field activity with teleworking and requires one day per week in the Brussels office, with more during onboarding.
You will respond to inquiries, build relationships, and drive new opportunities while collaborating with the European ADME Sales Director and cross-functional teams.

As a key member of our regional field sales organization, you will be responsible for partnering with team members to effectively respond to customers and prospective inquiries to grow our business and achieve our target. The primary focus of this role is the ADME Tox field and market.
This role reports to the European ADME Sales Director to implement strategies to achieve the regional target and works closely with the field sales team to develop well-qualified new prospects and to grow existing accounts, with primary focus on ADME, as well as facilitating cross-selling to increase account penetration. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
This position will ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, State Departments of Health, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), EMEA and FDA Guidelines, general State and Country Regulations such as but not limited to (CLIA, CAP, USP, ISO 9001, USDA regulations, HTA license, DEA and State Controlled Substance programs) where site appropriate.
