ALTEN seeks a Business Controller & Analyst V.I.E to consolidate and analyse Business and HR data from ALTEN’s offices. You will produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and perform KPI analyses to provide high-quality insights for top management.

The role includes implementing the Bonus System for management, maintaining dashboards for the COO, and improving information flow between subsidiaries and headquarters.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering or business school.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excel expert with advanced functions and macros.
• Autonomous, rigorous and proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group and ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze weekly KPIs with a critical eye.
• Deliver high-quality reports for deadlines (MBR, CC).
• Implement the Bonus System for management.
• Maintain and create dashboards for the COO to drive activity.
• Improve information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter and assist deployment of ALTEN tools.
