Altia is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead functional analysis in complex international environments. You will convert unstructured business needs into prioritized, actionable requirements and bridge business and technical teams.

You will manage stakeholders, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive modeling activities across the full SDLC in a European institutional context, with regular visits to Brussels for alignment and workshops.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Functional/Business Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management (BABOK / IIBA or equivalent).
• Mandatory professional certification: CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, IREB-CPRE.

Responsabilités

• Elicit and document business requirements; model processes and stakeholder flows.
• Coordinate UAT and traceability across SDLC within a European institutional context.
• Lead workshops, track KPIs, and manage project documentation.
