Eurofins Brussels is seeking a Business Performance & Finance Analyst within the V.I.E programme to drive performance insights across the network. You will monitor KPIs, develop dashboards, and deliver high‑quality financial and operational analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, a 12‑month V.I.E contract starting October 2026, and opportunities for development within a global scientific network.

Qualifications

• Education: recently graduated with a master’s degree from a top science, engineering or management university.
• Language: fluent in English (oral and written).
• Technical skills: strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI desirable; data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the network.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting templates.
• Ensure data quality and deliver performance reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to answer stakeholder questions.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to drive performance.
• Support continuous improvement of finance processes by implementing new tools and optimising systems.
• Collaborate on finance and transformation initiatives from planning to implementation.
