ALTEN International is seeking a Business Controller & Analyst Intern to support reporting and data analysis across the Group. You will create and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards to drive recruitment activity and HR KPI transparency.

The ideal candidate is a Master student in engineering or business school, fluent in French and English, with a strong MS Excel skillset (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros). You are autonomous, rigorous and able to synthesize complex data.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc
• Analysis upon request
• Analysing with a critical eye the weekly operational and HR indicators (KPIs)
• Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as the quarterly HR reviews with Top management or the Committee Career (CC)
• Maintaining & creating various dashboards to drive the recruitment activity
• Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter
• Helping in the deployment of the ALTEN tools in the new subsidiaries

Your main tasks will be the following ones:

• Create and implement weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc
• Analysis upon request
• Analysing with a critical eye the weekly operational and HR indicators (KPIs)
• Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as: the quarterly HR reviews with Top management or the Committee Career (CC) (annual assessment of the internal Staff team)
• Maintaining & creating various dashboards to drive the recruitment activity
• Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter
• Helping in the deployment of the ALTEN tools in the new subsidiaries

Your profile:

• Master in engineering or business school
• Fluent in French and English
• Good level of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, TCD, macros)
• You have a good human contact and a critical mindset, you are autonomous, rigorous, figures oriented, dynamic, with a very good synthesis spirit.
