Job summary

TVH Parts Holding NV is seeking a Credit Controller to manage end-to-end accounts receivable for an assigned client portfolio. You will proactively collect invoices, analyze creditworthiness, and handle disputes in close collaboration with Sales and Customer Service.

Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential, with fluent Dutch and English and proficient French. You will contribute to healthy cash flow while maintaining excellent customer relationships, joining a global market leader

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Experience in a B2B environment preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with good knowledge of French.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts receivable management for the assigned client portfolio.
• Proactively monitor and collect outstanding invoices via phone and email; follow the dunning process.
• Perform credit analysis using credit reports and set appropriate credit limits.
• Resolve invoice disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service.
• Review ageing reports to identify risks in the portfolio.
• Transfer non-performing accounts to external collections or legal partners when needed.

You know how to strike the perfect balance between commercial interests and financial risk management.Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English combined with a good command of French.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, preferably in a B2B environment.Systems: Proficient in Excel.
