Onetowin is seeking a highly experienced Business Controller to deliver integrated company-wide performance analysis and management reporting to support the executive leadership team. You will manage monthly and quarterly closings, prepare IFRS and US GAAP reporting, provide insights through financial storytelling, and supervise junior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5+ years FP&A or business controlling, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Business Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Controller. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering qualitative integrated companywide performance analysis and management reporting to support the executive leadership team in their decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and quarterly closings, including performance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly total company reporting deliverables (both IFRS and US GAAP) for internal management, LG management, and Investor Relations.
• Prepare and synthesize financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Use financial storytelling techniques to transform data and analysis into meaningful insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and deliverables.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather necessary information.
• Maintain and improve the quality of internal management reporting.
• Provide support during the year-end closing process.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from senior leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation projects aimed at enhancing reporting quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business controlling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle tools and Think-cell is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
