Aston Soha is seeking a Business Controller to drive financial and operational performance through rigorous analysis and reporting. You will develop budgets, monitor forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

You will analyse variances, prepare management reports, track KPIs, and contribute to internal control improvements. The role requires a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, 5–7 years in a similar role, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in financial services.
• Excellent command of computer tools (advanced Excel, ERP, reporting tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Rigorous, organized, and responsible.

As a Business Controller within our company, you will play a key role in driving financial and operational performance. You will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Responsabilities

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a Management Controller position, ideally in the financial services sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
