We are seeking a highly experienced Business Controller.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering qualitative integrated companywide performance analysis and management reporting to support the executive leadership team in their decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly closings, including performance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly total company reporting deliverables (both IFRS and US GAAP) for internal management, LG management, and Investor Relations.
• Prepare and synthesize financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Use financial storytelling techniques to transform data and analysis into meaningful insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and deliverables.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather necessary information.
• Maintain and improve the quality of internal management reporting.
• Provide support during the year-end closing process.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from senior leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation projects aimed at enhancing reporting quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business controlling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle tools and Think-cell is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
