IKO Waterproofing and Insulation EU is seeking a Business Systems Analyst fluent in French and English to bridge stakeholders in France and global teams, delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across Finance and Supply Chain. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design functional specifications, and support data migration.

Candidates should have multi-country deployment experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on BC Finance and SCM modules.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
Experience across Finance and Supply Chain modules is mandatory.
Fluent French and English communication skills, written and spoken, are mandatory.

Responsabilités

Gather and document functional requirements from Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Operations stakeholders.
Analyze Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, inventory, warehouse, planning, and costing processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and map requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality.
Configure and validate BC Finance functionality: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash/bank, VAT, intercompany.
Configure and validate BC Supply Chain: purchasing, sales, inventory, warehouse management, planning, costing.
Prepare functional designs, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process improvements.
Lead testing, data migration, go-live and hypercare activities; support integrations and BI.
Develop user documentation and deliver training in French and English.
