Qualifications

• Strong affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in business architecture, strategy consulting, or senior business analysis roles.
• Ability to translate market trends and strategy into business capabilities and operating models.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a focus on the bigger picture.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and management.
• Experience with process modelling, value stream mapping, and organizational design.
• Familiar with transformation environments and strategic change initiatives.
• Master's degree; background in business, engineering, or energy is valued.
• Fluent Dutch or French speaker, proficient in both + English.

• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes and value streams across the energy domain.
• Support management in shaping strategic roadmaps and making informed decisions.
• Define and structure business capabilities needed to support new energy services and market evolutions.

• Contribute to future-proof business models in the context of the energy transition.
