Les Tartes de Françoise in Belgium is seeking an IT professional to develop and connect our digital tools, from Odoo modules to our in‑house ERP, helping teams work smarter and support growth.

You will build integrations between Odoo and ERP, automate processes, apply AI to improve workflows and reporting, and train users while supporting retail points of sale. The role offers a flexible hybrid model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Odoo development and business processes.
• Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• C# is a plus.
• Fluent in French; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours including evenings/weekends.

Help us build the digital backbone of a growing Belgian success story! Working closely with our IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you'll develop, improve and connect the digital tools that power our business. From Odoo to automation, AI and our in‑house ERP, you'll play a key role in helping our teams work smarter, make better decisions and support the company's continued growth. Develop and improve Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
