Odoo N.V. in Belgium seeks an Experienced Project Manager to lead large customer implementation projects across Europe. You will coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers, ensuring projects go live on time and on budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Begin in the Quick Start Team, then move to MMC to design and implement solutions for bigger customers. You will participate in steering meetings and present progress, focusing on governance, timelines, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IT project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong business knowledge and analytical skills.
• Fast learner, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Affinity with the IT world.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Our Large Account Service department dedicated to large customers implementation projects is looking for new colleagues to join our amazing team. This department was created 5 years ago and is one of the main pillars of Odoo’s turnover growth this year.

You will be dealing with Mid-Market & Corporate companies ( 100 employees) across Europe in any industry. Their complex business needs will require a high effort of pre-sales analysis and functional advisory to convince them Odoo is the best ERP system to optimize their activity for the long term.

The position

As an Experienced Project Manager, you will manage large customer's Odoo implementation projects. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software (eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project, Website...), helped by your team of Business Analysts and Developers. Therefore, you will perform the necessary monitoring and follow up in order to get the project live on time and on budget. You'll start your Odoo journey in the Quick Start Team for few months by working on various SME's projects at the same time to learn the Odoo ways of working. Then, you'll progressively switch to the MMC department and work closely with Business Analysts in order to design and implement specific solutions for our bigger customers. As a Experienced Project Manager you will be involved in several implementations with a team of Business Analysts and Developers that you will have to coordinate. As a representative of Odoo during Steering or Project Committee meetings, you will serve as the primary liaison between the client and Odoo teams. You will present project progress, align on strategic priorities, and ensure key decisions are documented and followed through. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Odoo solutions are essential.

Profiel

Must Have

• 3 years to 7 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Fluent in Dutch & English French is a plus
• Strong Business knowledge & Analytical skills
• Fast learner, able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Affinity with the IT world
• Valid work permit for Belgium
