Tartes, a growing Belgian company, is seeking an experienced IT professional to develop and optimize digital tools, including Odoo and Power BI. You will improve workflows and support business processes, driving the company's growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, has strong knowledge of Python and SQL, and is fluent in French, with Dutch being a strong asset. A flexible, hybrid working model and competitive compensation are offered.

Help us build the digital backbone of a growing Belgian success story!Working closely with our IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you'll develop, improve and connect the digital tools that power our business. From Odoo and Power BI to automation, AI and our in-house ERP, you'll play a key role in helping our teams work smarter, make better decisions and support the company's continued growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve Odoo modules, workflows, reports and integrations.
• Build dashboards, reports and data models in Power BI.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.
• Develop integrations between Odoo, our ERP and other business applications.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, reporting and productivity.
• Contribute to the evolution of our in-house ERP.
• Lead and support digitalization projects across the business.
• Train and support users in adopting new tools and processes.
• Support our different points of sales with all IT-related queries.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Odoo development and business processes.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Interest in automation, AI and digital transformation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• C# is a plus.
• Fluent in French; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Flexibility: as part of a business-critical support function, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
