Job summary

TALEO Consulting Group is seeking a senior requirements professional to join the mortgage loans squad in a hybrid role in Belgium. You will elicit and document business, stakeholder and solution requirements, working with product owners, architects and SMEs to build domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, French and English is a MUST
• Experience with conceptual modelling and requirements management; good understanding of IT and testing; good command of MS Office
• Experience in an agile environment and in the mortgage loans domain; good understanding of workflow processes

Job description

You will join the mortgage loans squad of a leading financial institution, working on the implementation and maintenance of its target credit origination system.

• Elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements
• Work closely with product owners, architects and subject matter experts to define high‑level requirements and build domain knowledge
• Analyse and design new business processes; define detailed requirements and use cases
• Hand over requirements to designers and translate them into test conditions for product, performance and user acceptance testing
• Manage requirements traceability and take part in quality reviews of designs and prototypes
• Act as liaison between the business and the technology delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

Practical information:

• Work mode: 50% on site, 50% homeworking

Required profile.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and spoken Dutch, French and English is a MUST
• Experience with conceptual modelling and requirements management; good understanding of IT and testing; good command of MS Office
