Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an IT architecture team in Brussels. You will model IT processes, document IT architecture, and help integrate services into the IT service catalogue.

You'll work under IT leadership, collaborate with architects, and support the CMDB, ARIS, and ServiceNow interfaces. 10+ years in IT/process modelling, fluency in Dutch and/or French, and availability ASAP for a 6-month contract are required. Onsite 2-3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT governance and IT service catalogues
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French
• Available ASAP, 2-3 days per week onsite in Brussels

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a client's IT architecture team covering a capacity shortage on a small internal architecture team. You'll work towards clearly defined deliverables under the direction of IT leadership, in close collaboration with the architects.

IT Process Modelling and Documentation:

• Model and document IT processes in ARIS
• Structure and clean up existing process-related documentation
• Integrate processes into the central IT process repository
• Identify process overlaps and improvement opportunities to support standardisation

IT Product and Service Catalogue:

• Continue the inventory and structuring of IT products and services
• Propose ways to rationalise existing services and their interrelationships
• Define ownership and management responsibilities for each service
• Support integration of the catalogue into ServiceNow as part of a wider ITSM redesign

Linking Processes, Services and Infrastructure:

• Define relationships between IT processes, IT services and Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB
• Support integration between ARIS, the service catalogue, and the ServiceNow CMDB

Technical Components and Standards:

• Identify existing technical components and technologies in use
• Structure and document the managed technology stack
• Identify preferred standard components for future projects
• Develop guidelines for evaluating new IT initiatives against these standards

You may also be asked to support the architecture team on an ad hoc basis, including initial architecture assessments, reviewing high-level solution scenarios, and checking proposals against existing architectural principles and standards. This is a supporting role and won't replace the internal team's own architectural responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

Contract: 6 months, with possible extensions
